Little bits of lint I've picked up on the sweater of my life.

I found this image deeply disturbing, which means I liked it very much.

I had the original issue of this in the early 90's, but alas, it is long since damaged. Luckily, there's eBay, where I found this absolutely mint cover.

The classic. Everyone knows this. This is the model and artist Dolores Erickson on the cover of the Herb Alpert album, near mint condition, eBay.

I bought this in Abingdon, Virginia one flawless summer's day and it has travelled with me ever since.

I swapped a Zuni clay flute for this painting in 1993. I still love it.

Charity shop find. Some wonderful soul painstakingly drew and painted each of these images for a child's christening gift in 1968.

Frank Lloyd Wright. Dana House Lamp turned on its head.
The most wonderful little chair, part Arts and Crafts Movement with a dash of art deco in the sunrise-motif back. A one-off. Completely unique and made by a person who loved and understood wood.

A high-water mark for hippie art. The tape used must have measured in the miles for all this careful airbrushing.

A prop from the film "Elizabeth." Walsingham carries this in his hand when Norfolk gets busted for fomenting a plot against the queen.

Someone loved this dog very much to commission this photographic portrait. c1924.
